Here is a Ted Talk by Rick Steves, the American travel guru, tour guide, author and humanitarian, who spends 1/3 of his adult life living out of a suitcase. I was moved by his presentation about how travel broadens his perspective and humanity. I love the Mark Twain quote, “Travel is the enemy of prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness”.
