Holiday cruise time! I have decided to use my credit from the canceled Dubai/Indian Ocean/Africa cruise to take a Caribbean/Panama Canal/Mexico cruise over Christmas 🎅 🎄and New Year’s 🎊🎆The cruise will sail round-trip from Miami.
I am happy I will not have to navigate complex Covid protocols for International flights and I won’t even have luggage restrictions!! I don’t expect to be trapped overseas! I won’t even have jet lag. YAY! There is a vaccine and masking mandate on board and they will Covid test everyone at the port, prior to boarding. Importantly, I am triple vaxxed and got Covid tested Tuesday with negative results.
Of note, the NCL Pearl will carry cruise passengers for the first time in almost 2 years. The crew will be thrilled to have customers!!
I was last on this ship in October 2019, on a transatlantic sailing from Rome to Florida.
Sunrises and sunsets at sea await me for 11 glorious days!
I look forward to ending the year and beginning the new year on a positive note.
