Pike's Market in Seattle June 2007

I am in Seattle for my little brother's wedding. The bride's aunt, a nun, is on retreat, praying for good weather with 150 other nuns. We are convinced that the power of prayer gave us sunny days and a cloud-free wedding.

Here I am enjoying one of the most spectacular places in the world: Pike's Market Place. It is a feast for the eyes, ears, tastes buds, and nose.

India is next!

Father Leo, with home I traveled to Vietnam and Thailand in 2005, will take a group to India this fall September 19 through October 1, 2007.

I decided to finally bite the bullet and secure my airline tickets from the US to India. I used frequent flyer points to secure a direct flight on American airlines from Chicago to Delhi.

Now, I look forward to planning to visit this exotic, majestic, spiritual land!
